Here are a few things to keep in mind to ensure your order is processed correctly.
(1) Please contact us at 435-229-9644 during business hours of 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time if you have an issue with their order instead of just making a charge back. We are fined for each charge back, and many times there is a simple solution we can help you with. There have been many instances lately where people have forgotten that they signed up for autoship, then just do a charge back. Please contact us first. We are happy to help you with any questions or issues you may have.
(2) Please pay attention to your back office. Check it out to be sure you understand what is there to help you. Pay attention to whether you have chosen autoship or not. You can turn it off by clicking on Autoship then click the little red circle in the big green box. It will then take you to the second page to confirm the changes you have made. We do not require you to be on autoship. Do pay attention and remember you clicked a box for autoship when you signed up stating that you know you are on autoship.
(3) Remember to check the information you put in for your shipping profile. It can really delay the shipment of your order if any if the required information is not correct. Be sure to check if you need an apartment number. Remember the period in your email. Is your postal code correct? We don’t want you to miss any of your orders due to a silly little error. It is so easy not to notice the tiny errors. Check closely please.
