Important: Action Needed for Your Autoship Order
We want to bring your attention to an issue that may affect your autoship order. With the launch of our new Build-A-Pack program, most previously available packs have been discontinued. So, if you had a pack in your monthly autoship that has now been discontinued, your autoship will not run.
Please check your autoship right away. If it includes a discontinued pack, contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance.
Our team will escalate your request to remove the discontinued pack, allowing you to build your own pack for your new autoship. Once the discontinued pack is removed, your ability to make changes to your autoship will be the same as before.
To resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please reach out to Customer Service. Please also share this important information with your customers.
Reminder, to stay qualified and earn commissions and bonuses, you MUST place a qualifying order every month. After 6 months – or 180 days – with no orders, your account will automatically be purged from the system, which also means all existing money in the e-wallet will be gone. This CANNOT be reversed. So, we highly recommend you set up and use autoship to ensure you never have to worry if you placed an order each month.
Also, whenever you place an order, make sure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are correct in your B-EPIC account, so we can get your order to you quickly. Be advised that complete, correct information is REQUIRED for shipment.
