Meet Jason Putnam: A Trailblazer in Business and a Pillar of Integrity

Introduction: Jason Putnam is a distinguished figure in the business world, recently taking the reins as CFO and President of B-Epic Worldwide. With a rich history of entrepreneurship, Jason has also been the mastermind behind Putnam Properties, a company that set the standard in commercial and custom home construction since its inception in 2001.

Early Life: Born as the fourth child in a family of five, Jason was immersed in the world of commerce from a young age. The family ethos of hard work and enterprise was instilled early, as Jason’s parents owned and operated several businesses, laying the groundwork for a lifetime of entrepreneurial achievement.

Education: Jason’s academic journey began at Rock Springs High School in Wyoming, fostering a spirit of determination and excellence. This educational path continued at Western Wyoming Community College, culminating in an associate degree that paved the way to the University of Wyoming. It was here that Jason solidified the foundation for future business ventures.

Major Achievements: Post college Jason channeled this education into action, steering Hi-Rocky Supply and Putnam Properties to success. These businesses not only thrived under Jason’s leadership but also reflected a deep understanding of market needs and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Personal Life: Away from the boardroom, Jason finds joy in life’s adventures with Lisa, a partner in both love and the pursuit of new experiences. Together, they share a passion for travel, the excitement of concerts, and the camaraderie of sporting events, embracing the world’s diversity and vibrancy.

Philosophy and Beliefs: At the core of Jason’s ethos is a belief that a person’s word is their bond. Integrity is paramount, and Jason strives to leave a positive impact on everyone encountered, both in business and in life.

Words of Inspiration from a Leader in the Field: Nathanael Gontrand, Blue Diamond Brand Partner

I have been in the network marketing business for 10 years now. I started when I was 21 and I am now 31. Today, with experience and hindsight, the way I develop my teams is based on strong, positive values.

First, our team is guided by the principle of mutual aid. Our watch word – or motto – is “all together or nothing”. The members of our team know that we are always there for them and that the training system we have put in place allows anyone to succeed – even those who have never done this type of activity.

Second, kindness and honesty also reign in our team. We have confidence in each other and speak frankly to each other as we all strive to be the best we can. As a result, we have strong bonds of friendship and there are people who have been a part of our team for over 10 years.

As a leader, I feel it is important to set an example on the ground for how to work your business and manage your team. The aim is to build teams that last 10, 20, 30 years with little turnover and where everyone succeeds.

Excitement about B-Epic’s teas in South Africa

Our South African leaders and their teams recently embarked on “The Experience” with Double Black Diamond Stanecia Graham and her team from the USA.

Many new members have joined B-Epic in South Africa, building new teams and bringing excitement and energy to the area.

Brand Partners in the region have been using Royal Blue Tea and the new Drink2Shrink Instant Tea to build their businesses, enhancing both their health and financial well-being. And they’ve been receiving amazing reviews and testimonials from their customers!

B-Epic recruitment is booming in Switzerland

Last month, Black Diamond Xavier Barbary toured Switzerland, where numerous Brand Partners invited their prospects to presentations set against the magnificent backdrop of Lake Leman, nestled in the mountains. The event led to numerous new partner and customer registrations. Notably, a Brand Partner in the area who actively invites prospects to these presentations is now ranked among the top 15 recruiters worldwide! Live on-site presentations are incredibly powerful, engaging all the senses and creating a memorable experience.

A wonderful weekend together in Paris

A B-Epic weekend webinar was recently held in the beautiful, bustling city of Paris, France. The event was vibrant and dynamic, filled with energy, sharing, emotions, and intensive training sessions. It was expertly led by B-Epic leaders Thierry Mathurin, Marie Aballéa, Danielle Le Parc, Isabelle Eyries, Xavier Barbary, and the exceptional John Godzich. Building momentum in a small town in Mexico

A few weeks ago, a fantastic B-Epic event was held in Juchitán, a small, magical town in the state of Oaxaca in southeastern Mexico. We have two new leaders there, Javer Zuñiga and Josue Colin, who are creating tremendous momentum in the region. More than 50 people from the town attended and expressed great interest in the quality products and the exciting business opportunities with B-Epic Worldwide. The event was filled with exciting experiences, numerous activities, and delightful surprises, making it a memorable occasion for all

Her recent “The Experience” event held in Atlanta, Georgia, USA was truly remarkable. Thinking about the Hot Summer Ahead

Hello everyone, I think a new season is definitely here. For us in Utah, United States, it is the start of what is forecasted to be a very hot summer. A “hot summer” makes me think of “HOT SALES”. I want to thank all you builders for a great month. Most areas in the world had increases in sales. I commend all of you for the time, effort, and plain hard work you put into your business to achieve success. 

Always remember the slogan, “IF IT’S TO BE, IT’S UP TO ME”.
