We are so fortunate to have the most amazing leaders in B-Epic Worldwide! We asked Black Diamond Kevin O’Connor to share insights about his experience in this industry.

I was first introduced to Network Marketing in 1987. The concept made sense to me, BUT, what really got my interest; I was meeting people who were making more in a month than I would make in a year or three. These included teachers, truck drivers, stay-at-home moms, and high school dropouts. I didn’t think I was any better than them, but I did think that I was at least as good. I realized that if I just studied what they did, I had a chance of earning what they earned. I wish I had followed that path. Instead, as a creative type, I thought I could do it bigger, better, faster. But I had not mastered the fundamentals. I made a living, just barely.

I left the industry some years later to partner in a growing business. What I had learned in MLM helped me immensely. We had grown a small manufacturing business into twenty million per year in sales. But there were matters out of my control that eventually crashed the business and put me in crushing debt. There was no money to start a new company, my wife was angry and frightened, and I fought hard not to drown in depression. I turned back to MLM, but this time I drove it with the fundamentals. I did only the things that worked and simplified my message and duplication systems. I identified leaders and worked closely with them, not letting them veer off the path of duplication. I was out of debt in a year and went on to build global organizations and a seven-figure income.

Introducing Toni Szauter – New B-Epic Marketing Manager

Please join us in welcoming Antoniu (aka Toni) Szauter to B-Epic Worldwide as our new Marketing Manager – a role for which he is well qualified! In addition, he is a wonderful person with a big heart and zest for life. We are very fortunate to have him on our team. 

Toni was born in Romania and came to the United States when he was 18 years old. He studied Business Computer Science at Utah Valley University. He loves to be active and enjoys working out and playing soccer. He also loves traveling, meeting new people, and helping others. He is a true people person!  He is also the father of a beautiful daughter named Bianka who will be 7 years old in October. When talking about her, he says, “she is my world!”

Toni has a wealth of experience in and knowledge of the MLM industry. For over a decade, he has been part of corporate teams helping build and support highly successful direct sales companies and working with leaders and members in markets around the world. He says he is excited to now embark on this amazing journey with B-Epic and “believes that our company has so much to offer and can change the life of many who believe in our mission”.

Words of Inspiration from Xavier Barbay

Many are in search of wealth by entering the MLM industry. First, understand that wealth does not mean having a full bank account. Wealth is first and foremost the ability to create wealth. Most entrepreneurs, for example, are already on the road to wealth, even if they don’t have any money yet, because they’re developing their financial intelligence. That’s what wealth is to me.

If you see a person who decides to train, to learn new things, and to improve themself constantly, know that they are a rich person. Poor people think other people have to give them money to get off the ground. 

Inspired leaders think, act, and communicate from within, that is, from their heart. People don’t buy what you do; they buy what you believe in and your values.

So, what do you believe? Why do you do what you do? If you haven’t been thinking about these questions lately, now might be the time to do so. Imagine what kind of change this exercise can have on your life, your business, and your relationships. Being motivated by a belief, a goal, or a cause makes all the difference in reaching new heights.

Rediscover your why. Find out what really motivates you. Those with the same passions will be drawn to you. And if your why is great, then nothing can shake you.
