This month’s motivational message comes from one of the members of our staff who recently shared this with me. I thought others might also find it inspiring. 

One of the vendors we work with once told me that he “loves Mondays” …that it is his FAVORITE day of the week. When he said that, I honestly thought he was joking. As someone who works hard and truly enjoys their job BUT really lives for the weekend, I would never say that I “like” let alone “love” Mondays. In fact, as far as days of the week go, I would rank it dead last. But after he explained why he found Mondays to be so great, I’ve started looking at them in a whole new light.

He said that he loves Mondays because they bring with them so much possibility. They are the start of the new week and an opportunity to set, work towards, and accomplish goals. (He is a real go-getter and has created a lot of success in his life.)  Plus, Mondays are kind of like a clean slate – a chance to start fresh with renewed energy, optimism, and direction. Yes, the weekends are great…they can be very fun and carefree, but Mondays are made for getting stuff done and accomplishing things.    

When you look at it that way, Mondays actually sound pretty fantastic!  I can’t believe I’ve been dreading them for so long.  Now I open my eyes Monday morning with a sense of excitement and the clear thought that “great things are about to happen”.

I hope every day – including Monday – is a great day for you! 

We are excited to announce that the B-Epic Compensation Plan (English) has now been set up as a webpage on the bepic.com website!

Having a web-based version of the compensation plan will allow for greater accessibility and create a more mobile-friendly experience for individuals accessing and viewing the information via cell phones and tablets.

This morning I was reflecting on a little decorative sign that sits on my desk.  It says, “Survivors and Thrivers see things for what they are – good and bad – and they deal with them.”  

More and more in life, I am seeing that there is a great need to be flexible and to accept that often almost anything can be good AND ALSO bad. So much of it is in the eye of the beholder or – in other words – it depends on our perception of things. One person can think something is good while another person – experiencing the same thing but in different circumstances – can think it is bad.  The reality is that life is full of good AND bad, and those who can accept both with a calm, understanding approach are more likely to find ways to deal with everything life has to experience with less stress and discouragement.

It is important to remember that nothing in life is perfect and that a charitable attitude can create winners in almost every part of life. So, I encourage you to choose to let go of the bad that you cannot control and to keep a positive, winning mindset. Focus on what you can change to make your life better every day.

We have some great news for our dear Ukrainian and Russian members. We have formed an agreement to ship into these countries with Velox Shipping – a Russian shipping company based in New Jersey, USA.  Currently, they are sending a shipment weekly to Ukraine and Russia. (Please note, that is a little slower than their previous standard shipping timelines due to current circumstances in the area.)

We are excited to be able to partner with them to take care of our great members in those countries that have been patiently waiting to receive their orders. And we will be filling all impacted back orders as soon as we can.

This is a challenging time for many around the world, but at least we have one good solution now!
