AMEX – Accepted for Payment

American Express is once again accepted as a form of payment effective immediately.

If you are using American Express as a form of payment, please pay close attention to the following message:

Effective immediately (05/06/2021) American Express is no longer a supported payment method. Any pending auto-ships under this form of payment will be unable to process. We kindly ask that you please log into your member back office and update your form of payment. We thank you for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Mexico Country Manager Spotlight

Many of our members in Latin America have had the pleasure of interacting with Sandra Rojas.  She has been a valued member of the B-Epic team for the past three years. She currently serves as the Mexico Country Manager and handles all inquiries for that area.

Sandra has a wealth of knowledge and over two decades of professional experience in the network marketing industry. Over that time, she has worked in Customer Service and Sales Administration as well as been active in the start-up process for several different MLM companies. Her educational background is that of a CPA and Finance Administrator.  Sandra was born in Venezuela and is also a citizen of Mexico where she lives with her two children. Of her kids she says, “they both inspire me to be a better person every day.”

We would like to express our appreciation for Sandra and recognize her for being such a great support to the members in Mexico.  We are very grateful to have you as part of the B-Epic family!

New Real-Time Lifestyle Bonus Tracker

Great news!  We are updating our Back Office in response to requests from many of you in the field. 

For example, we now have a live tracker for the Lifestyle Bonus Report. To view it, click on the “Lifestyle Bonus Report” icon in the “Distributor Quick Access” section on your Back Office main dashboard. The tracker will display all the Lifestyle Bonus levels for which you are currently qualified (i.e., 2×2, 3×3, 4×4, and 5×5).

If you click on each bonus level header, it will display the details for your people, including all your qualified Personals, non-qualified Personals that have an order, and non-qualified Personals that do not have an order.

Please be aware that this tracker is a real-time report for the current month. It is based on the orders placed in the current month, so it won’t show you as qualified for the various bonus levels for the month until after all the applicable orders have gone through for that month.

We cannot guarantee the legitimacy of any information that is not coming directly from Corporate.

Increased Ordering Limits for All Members

Please be advised that there has been a change to the order restriction guidelines.  As of 5/11/21, new and existing members can now purchase up to three items at a time versus one.

 Everyone can now order up to three (3) products or packs at sign-up.  Later we will have the option with verification via code and/or call to order even more at one time. 

Shout-Out to Brenda Rice

We would like to do a special shout-out to Brenda Rice. Many of you may know her as she is highly involved with Member Support actively assisting our Brand Partners day in and day out.

But what you may not know is that Brenda is a KEY member of the B-Epic Corporate Team and has been with us from the very beginning. She tirelessly works behind the scenes to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that everyone has what they need to be successful.
